  • What shipping methods are used and are they free?
    We provide free international shipping worldwide. So, when you checkout, you do not have to pay anything extra for shipping irrespective of your location. Orders less than $200 are shipped via ePacket and orders above $200 are shipped via DHL Express.
  • What is the time duration for the delivery of my orders?
    As our orders are sent all over the world, we cannot give an exact time frame of your shipment delivery. However, the estimate is that it may take between 2-5 days for DHL Express and 8-10 days for ePacket delivery
  • Customs & Regulations
    Every country has its own customs taxes and duties for importing any product and we cannot be held liable for it. If there’s any duty charged by your customs department, it has to be incurred by you. Please note that you will also be responsible for submitting any documents if requested by your customs. If you have product related query for the customs process, you can email us at and we will take care of it.
  • Is the parcel delivered at home or do I need to collect it?
    Most of our orders are delivered at home and you need not pick it up. However, in certain situations when you are not available to collect the order, it can be delivered to the local post office or a local courier. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advice on how and where your delivery can be collected.
  • How to track my order and possible issues?
    After shipping your order, we will update the tracking info on your account dashboard and also email the tracking code to you with the instructions on how to track your product. This may take around 3-6 days after your order has been placed.
